A letter from our Founder & CEO

Equity and inclusion must become part of the renewable energy agenda moving forward.

We are all proud to live in the greatest nation on earth and our technological advances have, and will continue to shape the world we live in. But not everyone in our country has benefited from the renewable energy boom and the highly paid and skilled jobs that are required. Our mission at InteliVolt is to level the playing field and bring everyone up and along for the journey.

Currently 20% of all households in America are defined as high income yet they account for over 50% of the solar installations to date. Low and moderate income (LMI) households have been left behind, and yet these are the Americans who need relief from the burden of high utility bills more than others. At InteliVolt we are focused on partnering with corporations and communities to develop solar projects that benefit everyone in the community, including our LMI neighbors.

Likewise, we intend to develop partnerships that will create a new, skilled labor force of high paying, clean technology jobs by engaging and educating under-represented members of our communities and training them to work on the solar projects that serve their neighborhoods.

These are exciting times in the world of solar and renewable energy and as we all work toward a net zero future I am proud to lead InteliVolt; we lead by example as we forge a brighter future.
